I used to hire with Budget - they offered an excellent service.
Avis bought them out. I hire regularly and became a "Preferred Customer".
The car rental went from £29, to £41 - such was my reward for being a "Preferred Customer"
I wrote to customer service - got no reply.
I wrote again, and again, and again - but they have never answered.
With Budget you dealt with human beings and their service was faultless.
Avis have turned out so bad I now hire with Thrifty.
Why does their customer service not answer emails? Is this "legal"? It is false advertising as there is NO service.
