When you rent a car, shouldn't the agent take you to the car to show you first which one it is and secondly show you how to start it? Well I was told by Karine at Avis in Bastia that it wasn't part of her duty and as it was dark it was easy for me to find it by pressing the key????? In an airport car park where at least 200 cars are parked right in front of you????? After finding the car by myself I couldn't leave as I dint know how to remove the hand break!!!!!!! Finally because of the lack of professionalism of that individuaI I was lucky enough to find an Europcar employee to explain me the hand break trick.......
Conclusion how on earth can a company deliver such a poor unfriendly service and allow its employees to behave that way? I am just wondering....
