“Worst service EVER”

In sort, rented a car from Avis at London Heathrow, was given an upgrade, then they couldnt find my car, and since I was waiting over an hour one in my class came in so they took away my upgrade. Never have I seen a company do this, there were plenty of cars on the lot. Find someone else, I wrote to Avis in the UK and the USA, and never recieved a reply. Plenty of rental companies out there so stay away from them.
