After being threatened with violence against me and my disabled son by a memeber of AVIS staff in Italy, I received a partial refund from AVIS GB.

Yesterday, without warning my credit card was deducted by AVIS for £78. No reason, no communication, nothing...When I got hold of them they said it was because of a traffic offence comitted 7 months ago.

This is obviously a fraudulent scam operated by AVIS staff that prey on innocent memebers of the public. This is revenge by them because i complained. I cannot afford this, with a disabled son, money is very tight.
I did not commit the offence and these parasites have taken even more money from me.
I URGE you not to you use thes yobs, they disgust me and should not be in business!!
