I hired a car from TOPCAR Auto Reisen, for 3 weeks in Aug/Sept 2011.
.I returned it cleaned out , all but some sand from the towels.
For this I was charged £60 which was taken from my account without permission.
I was informed that it was supposed to have been removed from my £200 deposit that they have newly started to take from your account on collection of the car. (A new rule I was informed).
However they took the 200 plus the 60.
I have now sent them 7 emails and they have not returned either my deposit or the £60.I rang them and they advised that I check with my bank which I had done daily.THere customer service is extremely poor and trying-to find a person to deal with is impossible.
When I previously hired a car from them it was dirty , wet , and the y advised me that the tank was full , in actual fact it was 1/2 empty. but had i returned it in the same way they would have chrged , but again , nobody wanted to listen or assist to this
Beware of this company.!!! You may find that if you require assistance to resolve any issue that you will be talking to a brick wall...
