This June I had to travel to Romania for a work related issue and I had no choice but to rent a car. I had never rented a car so I had no idea what company to choose, I just picked AutoStil off a Google search, and their low prices on the Renault Symbol convinced me.
Everything went exactly how they said. I made a reservation on-line, then in just 1h, I think, I got a confirmation e-mail, and the next day call from the agent agreeing on the delivery date and place.
On that day I was on time thanks to no delay and so was the agent, the car looked just fine, the guy gave me the keys and the papers, and he "introduced" me to the car. He told me about a scratch on one of the doors so that I shouldn't worry about being charged for it as it was not my doing.
The price included a full tank (mind that if you don't want to pay extra upon returning the car), road assistance which I didn't use, and a "Full Casco" insurance. Of course I had to pay a security deposit of 200 euros, but I got them back after the usual 30 days.
In conclusion, if heading for Bucharest (Romania), consider hiring a car from AutoStil because they treated me well.
