Happy with the price and the online confirmation etc. Unfortunately spoiled by the huge queue at the airport and the 35 minute wait before being served. Actually the queue wasn't that long, but with only 2 people on the counter initially, plus an average service time of around 15 minutes per person, the wait was ridiculous. We had pre-booked, pre-paid, bought all the insurance etc, so it should have been a 5 minute job at best.
When we finally got to the counter the person was great - helpful and pleasant. He also upgraded us, so no complaints there at all. It was just the wait time that I had a problem with.
There does need to be some kind of pre-selection process. There was an 'e-ready' lane, which looked like a fast-track, but the one person who went up to it was told he had to queue anyway, so what was the point of it?
