They block your money directly to your credit card even if the reservation is not confirmed. When you go to pick up the car at the assigned agency, there have no idea of the reservation number that Autoeurpe has given to you. If you call your phone complaints, (which only runs until 13:00 hours), they treat you like a fool and say they do not have confirmed the car even if you have the voucher and bank has charged for rent . They say you should have done before booking, they are just middlemen, the guilt of money charge is of your bank ... just need to call you stupid. But yeah, blame everything always is mine. They are very "nice people" and good professionals. A teasing !. They give you no alternatives. In my case I was left, after over an hour and a half of negotiations and waiting, without car at 3 pm in London. Today (5 days later) i have still blocked on my credit card the amount of the car's rent. NEVER RENT A CAR WITH AUTOEUROPE!
