I arrived on Sunday mid-afternoon, with car confirmed over 2 weeks before and found the desk, closed and lights out. No telephone number to call. Finally found someone from another company who called Budget car person who came from home to issue car. There were three other customers from the same flight. He took over 40 mins to arrive and then started the paperwork. He spoke virtually no English. Certainly not enough for explaining why there was a 40 Euro fee for renting the car on a Sunday. Nice little earner if he charged the same to the other customers. The car was as promised, but as the car was returned on Sunday (Nobody there) I left keys inside and took photos on leaving. Beware, don't arrive on Sunday.

Dear Client
Please contact our Customer Service Team with regards to your booking so that they can investigate this further.
If a collection has been arranged for a time when the depot is not usually open we so ask for your flight details which we then pass onto the supplier. With these details the supplier must have someone meet you at the desk to provide you with a vehicle.
Any locally paid fees will be shown on your rental voucher under ‘your rental does not include’
