Hired car from this company at Mahone Airport, Menorca. Car was a small Fiat and OK for our needs. Returned car and as usual waited for rep to inspect it. Almost right away he drew my attention to a small indent above passenger-side rear door. He told me someone had tried to break into the car...." it's always the same person " he explained, which I thought was an odd comment . Back to the office, when he told me there would be a charge of €40 for the ' dent '. Argued with him it was hardly my fault and it seemed to me he knew exactly where to find it. He was having none of this saying he had my card details and it was being deducted. The woman customer next to us at the desk was having the same argument over a €80 surcharge . I honestly believe this was a set up to charge extra money and wonder how much money the will make off the wee Fiat I had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
