They made us wait for an hour and forty minutes, stating that the car was ready but they were not able to locate in the garage.
Car arrived after an hour and thirty minutes, passed right in front of us with a family inside. When we pointed out, we were told that the car was not the one we have booked. After receiving the car, we realized the same license plate. They could not give us any explanation. Manager was hiding in the office did not come out to talk to us. Employees were very rude, curt and unprofessional.
They did not offer to switch the car or apologize for lying.
Interior of the car was filthy, they only clean the windows before giving us the car. When we pointed out an inspection, we were told that there is no need. We forced them to write all down since there were some scratches on the car.

I would have to say I love Auto Europe. Being that they are not the 'Actual' car rental provider, but a broker - this experience was due to the car rental company providing the service.
One call to Auto Europe's toll free 24/7 call center would have lit a fire under the companies butt and probably saved you some money as well as upgraded you for your frustration and time lost.
