I'm always quite unsure about booking on websites and handing over credit card details but this whole process was very smooth and trusting, especially as all the rental car brands are affiliated on it. Pick up from Melbourne airport was easy and quick. I paid a cheap rate even though the booking was made only days before. Thanks for the great service! I'll be back
