“Poor quality of car”

I have never written a bad review but this time I'm sorry but I have to.The Q at the airport was ridiculously long and they even had one line allocated as a Priority Line for people walking up who hadn't pre booked - people were moaning all around me. The staff were working flat out but there just were not enough of them. I went to pick up the car to discover that it had major defects almost on every panel including one major bash and also to compound it it had a swear word scratched into the side panel - " f - off". I said I wasn't taking this car and was told I'd have to go back into the main terminal and Q all over again to get another car . I refused and fortunately another operator intervened and said "we do have one more car left but it will cost you another e14" which I duly paid as the process had already delayed us- when it arrived it too was almost a wreck with bashes and scatches and a broken back internal boot cover ( over 75,000km on the clock and it looked like it had been driven off road), stained seats. The whole experience was not what I expected or felt I'd paid for. This was not how I wanted my holiday experience to start. You need to reconsider the hire company that you placed me with.
