disappointed

What a disgrace this service was, I ordered a ford focus and was given a death trap, a nissan tilda that had seen better days, lots of them... The staff was friendly at the airport and was taken to the car park where the car was parked, now this is at 21.15 in the evening and the vehicle was parked in the darkest area of the car park, but I could tell it wasn't what I'd ordered, when i pointed it out he just said its similar it is an automatic, thats where the similarity ends.. If it hadn't been for the way he hurried off home so quickly I wouldn't have driven it off the airport car park. As I drove away from the airport the boot lit shot up this happened on a regular basis throughout the whole two weeks stay, it became funny in the end. Getting to the first island out of the airport the stearing column had a mind of its own, the stearing was definitely out of sync, a danger on its own, the hours drive to Latchi was an experience. Even more concerning was the following morning on inspection of the car in daylight was the four bald tyres and driving away with the windows open was the exhaust blowing it sounded like a tractor. Now I know I should have rung and complained, but we were staying in Latchi an hour away from the airport and thats all we needed the car for was to get back to the airport. When we took the car back and handed the car over i did point out all the faults and he said he would get it all sorted at the garage, but for now he needed to get it fuelled up ready for the next customer. I couldn't believe it..... As a proffesional driver I swear someone will be seriously injured if that car goes out on the road again and again without the faults being rectified in fact it should in all honesty be scrapped.
will I use Atlas again DEFINITLEY NOT!!!!!
