Paid in full to Atlas Choice before I left. Took the paperwork and showed it to Avis at Zadar. It clearly said PAID IN FULL.Handed over my credit card in the normal way and luckily I checked my credit card account when I got back - been charged again! £288.
Now AtlasChoice want me to jump through hoops to prove it!! Why can't they just contact Zadar office? I was told follow their procedure or no refund. They will accept a phot shot of my credit card a/c which I dont know how to do. I'll have to send my a/c details to my daughter who says she knows how to do it.
This really is not good enough.
