Great car - 60% of the price of the majors

We hired a car through Atlas for a two-week fly-drive of the Yucatan from Mex rent-a-car (also known as Fox rent-a-car). I was a bit dubious as I'd never heard of them, but all went very well - good, clean new car, no queue to pick up (at Cancun Airport the morning following our arrival - things were a bit busier when we returned it in the afternoon for our flight back). We also took the excess insurance package from Atlas which was a lot cheaper than it would have been had we taken the one on offer from the rental company. It was about the cheapest I have rented a car anywhere and about 60% of the prices the majors were offering on Atlas for the same cars with the same level of excess etc. The return process was alittle more formal than others, but as least you're you've left clean with no surprises later!

Only niggles - screen washer was empty and we had to wait about twenty minutes for the return shuttle to the terminal (in fact, probably five minutes walk with bags).
