First of all, my plane was delayed for about an hour and contacted to car rental letting them know I'll be late. When I arrived I went to Avis and waited in the queue for a while. It went smoothly. All she asked for was a driver license passport or some form of identification and that was it. However, I had rerserve a deposit of £750 for the excess even though I paid the £3.33 excess refund product. But then I was told the excess product was for if I have an accident I would pay the excess amount to Avis and I would get my money back from Atlas Choice which was good so all in all I was covered. Overall. It was a great service but the only downer was that my flight was delayed which ate up a lot of my time but a good time!!
