My car hire experience was good however I was disappointed with having to pay for the fuel upfront and take the car back empty this was a first for me and I feel sure I paid more for fuel than I used, especially with fuel prices in the UK at the moment. There was also no spare tyre just gunk and a pump, what would have happened had my tyre shredded? The staff were lovely and helpful the ease of car hiring was great and the car was lovely especially at the price which was why I went for it however I will always now double check on the fuel situation when hiring cars!
