Pros:
The staff were professional and still held a personal touch.
The car was great for the price, good quality and clean.
The overall experience for a car rental was pleasant.

Cons:
As booked via 3rd party, it didn't say it wasn't directly at Heathrow airport, although it was a 4 minute free bus ride, which there is a bus every 3 minutes so not too bad.
The weather was terrible, which would have been okay if the rental was directly at Heathrow, but the we had to wait for the shuttle bus.
