Given half a tank of petrol and told to bring it back empty and then charged £30 for this. No choice to refill which would have cost £15. Had to be firm about not paying for excess reduction as I have annual cover and the hold of £1250 on my credit card has not yet been released. Collection site is well away from the airport and I was dropped off at the airport petrol station leaving a good walk to departures.
