Car rental at Toronto airport

I chose my car based upon the Atlaschoice webpage that suggested 'Ford Focus' (or similar), but when I arrived at the Alomo card desk for the car, they said we don't have that model at all and offered me a smaller car. I pointed out that the Ford Focus was larger than a small compact, but they said that the 'small compact' was what had effectively been paid for (when I booked online in the UK) - more of an old Renault Clio size.

Also, when booking - I had selected the CDW (100%) so that I wouldn't have to pay anything if I had an accident, but when I collected the car, it turns out that was an extra payment I had to make to them??

My only suggestion for improvement is some directions as to where to go to collect the car would have been useful - a map of some sort and ditto for when returning the car - easy to drive in to the 'car returns' for e.g. - Budget car rental.

Otherwise, all ok. SATNAV (or 'Neverlost' was extremely useful!
