Booked at last minute and got a great price, really pleased. However although we booked to collect from the airport we were already in Dubai staying with friends so phoned and asked about having the car delivered,they said 50 AED which was fab but then couldn't get it organised over phone and said had to be email. I emailed pictures of credit card and passport but still couldn't sort it. Ended up going to the airport (operator was Diamond Lease). Wanted a SatNav but they had run out. Charged me 25 AED for an Airport parking cost when I hadn't parked the car?? Paperwork from Atlas said return to Terminal 3 but Diamondlease need to return to Terminal 1 so very stressful and cost 10 AED to get out of terminal 3 car park. When we returned to T1 there was no one at the Diamondlease desk so had to wait 10 mins for him to turn up. So rubbish service from your partner and I think Atlas owe me 35 AED.
