I booked a 3 door Ford Fiesta (or similar) to be collected from Jersey airport. I ended up with a 5 door Vauxhall Corsa that I had to pick up from a company that was a 5 minute mini-bus ride away from the airport. On my return I had to take the car back to the depot for a visual inspection before driving the car to the airport and leaving it there. I know this doesn't seem a big problem but I was expecting a 3 door car that I would collect at and return to the airport - that was what the description said when I booked.
