I have used this company in the past with no major complaints (Thai rent a car) although a hire car with 77000 kilometres on the clock is a mature vehicle isn't it?
I had to return the car four days early to fly home to my ill wife and received short shrift from both the UK and Thai companies when I asked for a refund or credit note. Not a good way to encourage loyal customers to return is it?
Happy smiley Thai personnel but had to sign an advance credit card slip even though I had paid for the additional cover.
What is deemed to be excessive odometer readings? 5k, 10k acceptable but 77k is a joke! Also the list of bumps and scrapes when I took on the hire was lengthy and the front bumper was misaligned due to prior collision damage.
I think Atlas needs to fire a salvo to Thai rent a car as the vehicle condition is paramount!
