The car worked great, was newer and free upgrade to diesel with GPS. The counter personnel were helpful and spoke English well.
We were delayed getting a bus to the car pick up; Some guy in charge of where each pick up went kept directing the bus somewhere other than Goldcar. We had to wait several buses and of course as others arrived later, they pushed forward so we got the second run to Goldcar.
