I booked and paid in advance for a 3 day car rental at London Heathrow with Green Motion Car Rental through Atlas Choice. As my international flight from Abu Dhabi was delayed more than 3 hours, when I arrived to pick up the car I was advised that the class of car was no longer available and I would need to pay an additional £92 for another vehicle. With no other choice, I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge. Also, when originally booking the vehicle, Atlas Choice provided no information about the Green Motion rental location and additional Heathrow Shuttle charges to get to the location until after the booking was confirmed and paid in full and the car rental voucher subsequently issued.
