Very Good Overall

Car was fine although a little tired (50,000kms lots of dents), only used it for beach/local shopping. Only negative was that the rep that met us at the airport was not holding up the placard with our name and car hire name and was not standing with all the other car hire reps like Hertz etc so we could not find her. We had to call the local number on the voucher and found her eventually standing away from where everyone was waiting and not displaying the name placard.
Also, at the end of the rental period, the car hire company texted asking where the "air freshener" was after we left, so there was a bit of pointless expensive texting. The eventuality was that it was in the centre consul and not touched by us, not sure why they could not see it and spoilt our overall experience with their questioning and implying that we had taken it.
It would have been nice to know about the fuel policy beforehand as we had a charge for fuel on arriving.
