We recently hired a car from Faro airport. Everything with the Atlas Choice part of the booking was fine and it was reasonably good value. The problems arose when we arrived at the airport and went to get the car from local cars. The office was shambolic and we ended up waiting in a car park for an hour on a chilly evening with a young baby- not ideal. The car itself was fine and the drop off service was ok. We are used to car hire companies blocking an amount on a credit/debit card but this company actually took the amount out of our account then out it back in after- this meant we lost out as the interest rates were different so we got back less than they took. All in all service from atlas choice themselves
Was fine, service from local provider not brilliant.
