Picked up car at Glasgow airport Friday 28th Aug. had to wait 25 min for courtesy car to the Ramada Hotel. Then another 15 min to get the car. Told I had to pay £30 for pre pay fuel. I drove to Carlisle and needed to re fuel as the car was on the red. I refuelled £ 25 drove around Carlisle all weekend and returned to Glasgow airport returning 1/4 tank of fuel. Total rip off.

Then had to wait 15 mins to return the car before I told the lovely receptionist I couldn't wait any longer as my bag drop was closing. I also said I wanted to make a complaint about the fuel. And explained this in front of another customer. The lovely receptionist told the driver to take me outside !

I will never use this company again .... Dreadful Customer service and a rip off ref the fuel
