We arrived to collect our economy vehicle and were provided the oldest car that supplier had by their own admission, only 3 doors opened out of 4, the seats were ripped and the car had scratches and Scruffs all over. We expressed our disappointment to only be told they provide the better cars for people who booked direct.

This is the 2nd time we have booked through Atlas Choice and had a car through express rentacar last time where once again we were disappointed and informed atlas choice - clearly lessons haven't been learnt and we won't be using you again. Overall what we paid was far too much for the quality that we have received.
