The booking for the car went smoothly and the pick-up was efficient. The rep was friendly and helpful. However, I booked and paid for a car with Air Conditioning. The AC in the car supplied was not working. I phoned the company and advised them of this but no alternative car was available. I was told that there may be one available in Dubrovnik and would be contacted. I never received any further communication. Temperatures got up to 34C. I am not happy at the level of service with respect to a replacement vehicle nor the vehicle supplied.
