I ordered the car some weeks before. When we arrived Green Motion hadn't got a single car - whether the one we had ordered nor another one.We were asked to wait two hours without getting any service like a coffee or sth else. Because we had a fixed appointment we needed a car urgently. At last we got another -smaller- one after more than an hour. Although I asked for it there was no price reduction. I wasn't that amused.
There could have been a better introduction of the car.
Another problem was the adress. Our sat navigation system led us to a wrong place. I think a better description could be helpful.
