Instructions to collect car were wrong. We spent 3 hours trying to locate our pickup point, which did not exist. Customer service was closed, no one returned my call. Thankfully another car hire firm was able to direct us in the right direction. When eventually arrived at pick up point, they said I could not take the car because of new DVLA requirements which Atlaschoice did not inform me of this.
This was at the start of our Honeymoon.
