We waited for a car 2 hours in extreme heat and then the staff try to force us to but extra insurance. And in addition we were forced to chose full to empty fuel option, which was not mentioned when the rental I was renting a car. Goldcar is a small, an inefficient and with a poor customer service car rental company and should not be used by Atlaschoice.
