Very disappointed with the local provider. Initially I was given a car that was not road worthy (no window wipers, no functioning front lights). When I insisted to have a car changed they informed me that there were none available and that I should return in the morning. After negotiations I managed to get them to drop me off and agree to replace the car the next day.
When the car arrived I was given a model From a smaller category, very annoyed and disappointed that I ended up driving a smaller car than the one I paid for.
To be fair I was informed by Atlas Choice that they would be dealing with the matter and that the car would be replaced...unfortunately that did not happen. As minimum compensation I'd like to be reimbursed the difference between what I paid for and what I ended up with.
