We will be making an official complaint on our return home. Plane was delayed, they had our flight details BUT cancelled our booking anyway!! We then had to pay an additional 50pounds to hire the same vehicle from the same company !! Not happy.
We called them on our exit from customs and the rep said ring the rental company - green motion - they didn't answer their phone.
More phone calls on our overseas mobile, the costs just kept mounting.
We will be requesting a refund - wonder what our chances are?
