We were left waiting for 55 minutes beyond our agreed pick up time. We called every 10 minutes and each time were told that the driver was on the way. It was raining and we were a full family with an elderly lady. We had called in the morning before our flight to confirm, and also called on landing to advise we were arrived. The experience made us very late for an important family event. The vehicle was perfect but the collection experience was really poor and we were not handled well. Just kept saying driver is on the way.
