Our flight was delayed so was picking up car at 3am. The young man on reception was very polite and apologised as there were no cars in my group left, he we go I thought! But he was very helpful and offered me 1 of 3 vehicles from a much higher group. The transaction was still painless and quick with no hard sell to upgrade insurance or add ons. Returning was simple too, 5 minutes all don. Can't fault them.
