We have a very positive experience with Atlas Choice in Portugal in May 2015 and rent a car with them again a week ago in Italy. The local partner name is Noggliare. The car and service were good, we hadn't any problem. But when check out we had to pay the insurance and some service comissions and the total sum was 238 euro! (the price for car itself was 126 euro!) It's a pity we were not informed about the total price for insurance and service in advance. We could probably made the other decision.
