Very dodgy company !!!

Please stay away from this company, because:
It doesn't matter what insurance you purchase prior to the bookings (we had full comp, purchased through Atlas Choice) they will not release the car without a new insurance (yes a second one, for the same car) or blocking a significant amount of money for 21 working days, and yes in case of an incident they will take your money and let you deal with the reimbursement from Atlas Choice.
The office is a dodgy little booth in a car park on the outskirts of Romanian capital, they have just a telephone number, no email or office to address in case of a problem and no manager wanted to talk to us. Unfortunately we got there at 11:00 PM, so their cockiness had no limit, literally we felt robbed on the side of the road. All of our questions were treated with ignorance, shoulders raised and the classic: if we don't like it we could leave the car there and lose all the money paid to Atlas Choice and the booking.
The car itself, although you pay for premium, was far from it: front right suspension collapsed, very alarming noises everytime you turn full left, breaks completely gone, very noisy, wind screen wipers the worst I've seen in my life, and the best part winter tyres in the middle of the summer, this is borderline DANGEROUS, those tyres do not function in weather of +28 Celsius degrees, all the above for an Audi A4, with a matching pricetag.
All of this made our experience horrible, we were constantly worried about the car, the noises that it made, the fact that will lose our deposit. The worst car rental experience.
