Good price helpful staff arranged for the car to be delivered to the hotel. That's when it went down hill. Car should have been at my location for mid day but did not turn up. Call back to the UK office spoke with the same person who took the booking she chased the Kos rental company up (Olympic Car Rentals). They said they could not get to me until 5pm possible later so I took a taxi to the airport and collected the car when I got there no Olympic Car Rentals but the sales person for Europcar approached me and informed me that they had been contacted by Olympic to undertake the rental. Had a Nissan Micra for the week done the job ok paid £97.04. The Micra was an upgrade should have been a Fiat Panda.
