The vehicle was new, clean and with GPS working in our language. A very nice surprise.
The schedules were terrible, no one was waiting for us, neither at the pick up or delivery of the vehicle. We had to wait more than an hour for someone to come and the knowledge of his English was "zero". But at the end all went well, cause the call center help us in every step.
