All was very good: I came to office, took a car (this process lasted 10-15 minutes) and travelled through the Andalucia. The car was almost new and all its units were working well in it.

But there are some points that are not very good.

1) Slightly strange online booking software: we planned to come to Madrid at 15:30 on Saturday and take the car on Monday. Initially I have chosen 12:00 to take the car. Then the program asked me the number of my flight, and after I had written it, the new time of my car taking had changed to 15:30 instead of 12:00. This is inconvenient.

2) When you book a car, you choose a model but you don't see (and cannot choose) the type of engine inside this car; also you see cars of the same model with different prices, but you don't know the difference.

If I had seen 1.4 litre engine in my future car, I would have chosen other car with more powerful engine.
