Booking through Atlaschoice was very easy to do, the website is very clear there is plenty of choice.
The local representative in Sarajevo was very friendly and as my first car rental, she gave me all the information I needed and I felt happy with the car I received. There were no issues but had anything happened. I felt that I would have been looked after properly by either the local supplier or Atlaschoice.

Overall I'm a very happy customer - I didn't have to pay any hidden charges and will be recommending and using them again
