Arrived into LAX. Waited over 45 mins for the shuttle to take us to Dollar rental office. Thought I booked with Thrifty? Not a good start! Waited in a queue 2 1/2 hours to get car. At no point was there anymore than 3 staff working at the counter. Sometimes it went down to none, most of the time 2 people. Very angry about this and so was everybody else in this queue. On the other hand the car was what I was promised so no complaints there.
