Car Hire Birmingham Airport

Used Green Motion car hire, 5 mins on mono rail and down escalators the office. Nobody in the office as only 2 staff and phoning them no reply. As they use the short stay car park they had customers deal with but how am i supposed know that. I was luck in that I always carry both parts of my licence as they require this, other companies simply call DVLA but they are not able ?? 2 customers had cancel due this. Minute details are required, job position etc?? Then you finally get taken the car, mine was filthy so unable check for scratches as anything over 1mm is deemed a repair so check very carefully, opened the door and still all the mess from previous customer so they exchanged the car. I am now 45 mins from arriving at the door and now late for first meeting. The cars are collected on empty ....why not full to full as that meant putting in small amounts £25 x 3 petrol stops trying get the needle back original position (I eventually left in around £10 more than collection)
Fine if you are happy with the time it takes, my car that was replaced with had a big dent on offside wheel arch, not noted on the paperwork so good job I found it...
Use them but be aware of the above...
