How come clients are not able to move reservations one day in case of emergency flight change and change the date of arrival one date? Why do you charge $40 for change of the hour of pick up and drop of the car?
Why cant you give refund or even partial refund for people reserving cars from countries with 6 to 9 hours time difference? Your rules and terms as a broker of car rental suck!! You simply suck. You still money from clients!!
