Partner was Locationauto in Marakesh. Waited 40 minutes for someone to come to their office. Car not clean.After 1/2 mile discovered car had flat tyre. Boot did not lock. Car door key snapped in two and they insisted I broke key and I arrange and pay for it.This also wasted about 3 1/2 hours holiday time.

On returning car had to again wait 40 minutes after phoning to get some one to man their office.
