The staff at the airport office were very good and did try to resolve any issues we made them aware off. However we have asked for a refund for the sat nav we hired as we had to go back with the first two we were given as they were faulty. We could not return the third faulty one as we had travelled further North and were too far away to take it back so we spent most of the three weeks without a working sat nav! This made travelling difficult as there are no good maps available. Although the car was quite big and readonably new, the engine was very small so it struggled to get up some of the hills due to lack of power. I thought the price was high for Thailand considering the type of vehicle we were given.
