When I went to Atlas Car Rental in Brisbane they said that they could not honour this agreement and I had to hire another car which I had to pay for.
I am requesting a refund on this contract.
Contract No. 63814001
pick up date was to be 11/12/2014 drop of to be 15/12/2014.
For this contract I paid $93.10aud.
I was extremely annoyed and had to go to do a lot of extra running around when I had little time for such.
Could you please let me know how I go about getting a refund for this.
